Coastal Dance Rage

This last weekend Emily and I spent the weekend in the city at Coastal Dance Rage.

I wasn't sure what to expect or how well she would be able to keep up but she did great and totally held her own with the other kids and the big name choreographers.

Such a great weekend!

It was so cool to see 250 kids doing ballet all at the same time.

So cool....Tabitha and Nepoleon got all the parents up on stage to watch the kids go through the routine.  Then they made the parents dance!  It was so darn fun!!

Promises, Promises...

I braved the torrential rains today and headed for Costco.  Not sure why I went today, it would have been the perfect day to stay home and have a hot bath and read all day in front of the fire but for some reason I needed to go so I did.

Got soaked through just trying to get into the store.

Oh well....

I was almost finished getting what I needed and had been really good at resisting all the yummy stuff.  You know, the cream puffs that the sample ladies "make" you buy and had almost made it out of the store when I spotted these...

Yes, I know....it looks like any other enormous bag of chips but do you see what it is promising me?

"A Mediterranean vacation in a bag"

I need one of those!

Actually, I just need to get away.  Anywhere would be fine.  But the Mediterranean would be great!

So naturally I had to buy them.

Got home and ripped into the bag.

*sigh*

Just chips inside.
